One example of a recent update that Jona cites is the addition of more colours for labelling candidates: “This may seem like a minor detail, but it really helps us to see clearly who's dealing with which candidate.” The attractiveness of the software also means that everyone makes more intensive use of the platform, Jona has noticed: “In the past, we would have sent our observations about a candidacy or applicant to one another by email. Now we put them in their rightful place, using the notes button, so everyone can find the comments quickly and in the correct location.”

The most important modification that CVWarehouse has made for TK Elevator is probably the integration of their HR partners via the special HR Partner Portal, which allows those partners to also consult the current vacancies and propose available candidates via the platform. “This saves us a great deal of time, up to one hour per working day, as we no longer need to constantly send emails back and forth. What’s more, the likelihood of processes being slowed down due to emails not being forwarded has been greatly reduced. We respond more swiftly, and of course applicants value that too. So you could actually say that thanks to the integration with our partner, we've been able to create a better employee experience.”
